Elena is recognized for her success in delivering complex projects to improve operational performance for global organizations, using a blend of operational and financial expertise.
Before joining Sicap, Elena served as Vice President Managed Services and Support of Optiva Inc. She also served as Regional Managed Services Director of Amdocs Limited.
