SICAP TRAINING

Our generic and personalized training programmes confer in-depth knowledge of Sicap products and all our third party products. The end result is a wide understanding of how Sicap software fits into your infrastructure and what the best options are for its optimal usage. Three basic concepts are involved:

  • Sicap Training Services provides course participants with an overall understanding of key generic concepts and teach core usage skills.
  • Taking the training process further, courses are tailored to existing infrastructure set-up and specificities of deployment.
  • Additionally, use cases and launch simulations give hands-on help in real scenario.

1. Core usage skills associated with each product.

Our training modules are specifically designed to guide you step be step through set up, optimal operational usage. Expert course tutors dispense a complete know-how package with full explanations on how to use the software effectively and the pitfalls to avoid.

2. Hands-on practice

Sicap compliments its training presentations with relevant hands on modules that reinforce the technical concepts presented. "Demonstrate' and practice" sessions are classroom/computer based as they require access to the SDP (Service Delivery Platform). Lab environment practice enables guided trials of use case scenario and marketing launches.

All courses may be delivered to a customer location providing that facilities and equipment exist for the training function..

3.Use case examples for didactic demonstrations

Sicap training courses are use-case oriented. This means that you can learn from real examples of software implementation. Use case presentations mean learning about
practical issues such as network element interoperability, subscriber profiling or campaign parameters. Marketing scheme examples open up new possibilities for software deployment, new ideas to increase your subscriber satisfaction.

Duration and support materials.

Depending on the product/solution; the training programme varies lasts 2-5 days (6 hours/day excluding practical work) training for each software component. Our training program spreads over whole system/solution implementation i.e. starting from scratch until market launch.ower-point slides, technical and marketing documentations, practical work and evaluation sheets are used for support.
