Pay4Me generates ARPU by allowing collect calls which otherwise would not happen. Mobile users can make calls through a USSD sequence or prefixed numbers, with charges supported by the recipient. A win-win in customer satisfaction and increased voice traffic.

Service Use Cases:

• Allows pre-paid users to make calls to friends and family, even when out of credit
• Allows businesses to support the charges of incoming calls from partners or prospects.

The solution is based on a call-back system initiated by the customer through a USSD sequence, which makes the service available even while roaming.

Pay4Me can handle collect call charging to a line on the same network, on a different network or even on a fixed line network (provided there are settlement agreements). It features real-time rating and flexible billing of services.
