Cross Platform Schemes

Operators are increasing looking towards convergence solutions, despite the technical and political hurdles. Typical issues are data ownership and data model mapping in cross-platform implementations. The Sicap Loyalty Manager has no hard coded data model, thus allowing it to absorb data from any system as well as feeding back data to any (other) system. This makes it very easy to define loyalty schemas that address typical aspects of the different systems, for example combining information from customer self care requests, cable subscriptions and high speed mobile data usage.

Real-Time bonus delivery

Operators view real-time bonus delivery as one of the strongest incentives. Real time bonus can be awarded for example after the 10th SMS sent, or upon reaching a defined threshold of loyalty points, with the aim of encouraging traffic and strengthening loyalty with the notification of the bonus. The Sicap Loyalty manager is a proven high capacity engine, implemented in the Sicap Prepaid Billing platform. It is capable of handling large amounts of transactions.

Transparency and flexibility

Loyalty schemas are normally implemented by a company's IT department. Loyalty Manager offers an easy-to-use GUI that enables the Marketing department to set up or at least verify Loyalty Plans themselves with no IT development.
