Real-time triggers

Sicap's Device Identification System (DIS) simulates the EIR by handling signaling for checking IMEI. The EIR simulation allows operators to build a real-time database with all handsets in their mobile network. This database can be used to push real-time triggers to a device management system when a new handset is detected on the network.

Multi-vendor network

Sicap Device Identification Systerm is based on proprietary extensions of CHECK_IMEI using the signaling of the MSCs. Implemented signaling variants are MSCs of Ericsson, Alcatel, Nokia and Siemens. Additional signaling variants can be implemented upon request.
