To expand our team in Lyon we are looking for a

You are the Test Manager of the SIM, Security Management as well as Device related solutions team, in the Engineering group. As such you work in close collaboration with marketing, project managers and technical experts to define, plan and execute test plans of software and solutions delivered by the team. For larger projects you may have to organize the work of other testers.
You also contribute to the evolution of the test strategy of the Engineering groups, keeping abreast of latest methods and tools and bringing recommendations to your management.
Your ultimate goal is to release products which meet the quality levels expected by telecom operators.

• Requirements Analysis
• Test Specifications, Campaigns planning and Execution
• Coordination with Project Manager and Technical Experts
• Coordination or internal or external testers on large projects
• Continuous improvement of test management best practices at Sicap (process, tools, automation, etc…)

• Minimum 2-year experience in R&D, either in software development or quality/testing
• Ability to elaborate test strategies
• Problem analysis and ability to resolve them 
• Solid bug tracking skills – clear problem description, strict logging in bug tracking tools, detail oriented
• Experience in large scale IT solutions (application servers, databases, protocols…)
• Telecom and/or IP Networks experience is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility, pragmatism, dynamism
• Good verbal and written English is mandatory, French desirable
• Customer focused
• Team spirit
• Autonomous – Able to take decision alone, to report to management when necessary
• A valid work permit for France.
