To expand our team in Lyon, we are looking for a

• Interpret customer needs and assist in the definition of product features, including use of demos,
• Participate in customer meetings to help sales team create customer focused solutions and secure offers,
• Actively interface with customers on technical and solution requirements to match both customer and Sicap needs,
• Respond to technical issues for any tenders, including RFP/RFQ/RFI,
• Prepare technical part of offers and manage the services and HW/SW aspects of the offers,
• Synchronize with internal departments on feasibility of solutions and help validate customer requirements,
• Work closely with all Sicap technical departments,
• Promote business development with sales team through technical expertise,
• Stay abreast with current and emerging technologies and provide feedback on innovations,
• Provide technical (strengths and weaknesses) analysis of our portfolio in relations to competitors’ products,
• Coordinator for bid management.

• Master’s degree in computer science,
• Proven experiences as Technical Consultant in mobile VAS solutions,
• Very good presentation skills, 
• Able to manage and respond to customers’ technical questions.
• Strong technical knowledge and working experience in mobile telecommunications,
• Written and spoken English are mandatory, 
• Flexible and open-minded,
• You like negotiating and communicating,
• Your duties will require regular travel across the region EMENA (Europe, Middle East, North Africa).
