To expand our team in Lucerne we are looking for an

• Design, implement, test, roll-out and document IN Services on Telcordia CvAS platform according to customer requirements and assure that the CvAS platform has the right patch level
• Operational support (Telcordia CvAS) for complex operational tasks (e.g. complex Release Updates and Customer needs)
• 2nd & 3rd Level Support for all Telcordia CvAS issues
• Coordinate all support activities with the 3rd party suppliers (Telcordia and IBM) and customers as well as the sicap international "IN Service Crew"
• Support of Integration and Acceptance Test during roll-out
• Single Point of Contact regarding CvAS trouble tickets and technical questions from customers
• Provide precise effort estimations to project managers for CRs and new features based on requirement descriptions
• Control M&S performance of 3rd party suppliers
• Execute minor Hardware upgrades
• Execute and support product migrations

• Degree in Telecommunication Engineering (FH) or related field (Electronic Engineering or Computer Science)
• 2-5 years of related working experience in the IN area or in other Telco Network technologies
• IT- and Telco Network Technologies knowledge: DB, SQL, UNIX, Java, CAMEL, INAP, Diameter, SIGTRAN, SIP and Telcordia CvAS platform (is an advantage)
• Strong analytical & software design skills, detail oriented and reliable with the availability to follow the big picture
• Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is an advantage
• Readiness to work out of office hours and for on-call duty services
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally abroad
