Shareholders
Swisscom is our company's majority shareholder. The shareholding structure also includes sicap's management as minor shareholders.
Swisscom is Switzerland's leading telecoms provider, with 6.1 million mobile customers and around 1.7 million broadband connections. In the first quarter of 2012, the company's 19.914 employees (full time equivalents) generated revenues of CHF 2.8 billion. 886 young people complete an apprenticeship at Swisscom in the fields of IT, telematics, mediamatics, retailing and commerce. Sicap adheres to Swisscom policies, as described in their corporate documentation.
