• Responsible for Hosted Services 
• Monitoring of the systems and applications
• Coordination of actions

Objectives:

• Maximise the availability of Hosted Services
• Foster customer satisfaction associated with high level of support level agreement
• Ensure smooth operations through proactive actions
• Maintain strong customer relations and loyalty
• Keep professional Services up to date, improve
• Rollout new services onto the data centre

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Hosting Service Level Agreement
• Coordinate, test & rollout software upgrades 
• Diagnostics & Resolution of problems
• Clear & regular communication to customers or partners 
• Control project handover fulfillment 
• Awareness & Respect of Sicap processes
• Preventive maintenance, performance & system analysis
• Scripts and utilities
• Integration of solutions
• Report Key Performance Indicators

• Degree in Telecommunication Engineering (Bachelor or Master Degree) or related field 
• Strong knowledge in software engineering, computer science or related discipline 
• 5 years of related working experience (Telecommunication industry is desirable), have knowledge in SLA and understanding of software development processes
• High knowledge in Oracle, VMWARE, Web Service, GSM, TCP/IP, SUN cluster, HP, SUN & Linux OS, Nagios, Hyperic...
• Skilled in ability to troubleshoot 
• Willing to travel 
• Good communication skills, customer, service and object oriented and a good team player
• Strong organization skills, team work
• Autonomous – Able to take decisions alone, to report to management when necessary
• Strong sense of responsibility, high level of involvement
• Fluency in English is a must, French is desirable
• Valid work permit for France
