Nedjma, Algeria

Nedjma was launched in 2004 as the third mobile operator in Algeria. To make sure all new subscribers will access its innovative new data services, Nedjma has selected the DMC platform with automatic detection. Additionally Nedjma implemented Sicap's CDC and MMG system in order to provide a content distribution centre to their subscribers and to keep control on the network traffic.

NRJ Mobile, France

NRJ Mobile is a Mobile Network Virtual Operator launched on the SFR network in France in November 2005. NRJ Mobile has selected DMC to provide Device Management services to subscribers switching from existing mobile networks.

O2, Germany

O2 Prepaid subscribers in Germany had to previously call a special number and listen to an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) to find out about their remaining credit. Sicaps USSD Gateway made it faster & easier for O2 prepaid customers to check their balance. At the same time Sicaps USSD Gateway has helped O2 reduce its costs for unbilled voice calls to the IVR and has also provided them with a unique direct marketing channel at the same time.

OPT, New Caledonia

OPT is the sole operator in New Caledonia - Publicly owned - Fix/Mobile and Internet. OPT has selected DMC Settings to configure its subscribers for WAP and GPRS services.OPT also implemented MMG to manage messaging delivery and SLA from its multiple content providers.

Polkomtel/Plus GSM, Poland

Polkomtel uses Sicap’s prepaid system to offer a number of customised services for their prepaid subscribers, including customer self care and loyalty programs. Polkomtel is Poland’s 3rd largest mobile operator with close to 8 million subscribers.

Prime Call, Monaco

Prime Call created hop, the first GSM roaming card of its kind that has a fixed rate for roaming calls to any number worldwide. hop is based on Sicaps Prepaid Roaming system which uses a call back method to initiate calls via USSD. hop accounts can be recharged anytime, anywhere via the hop web site using a credit card.
